This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and shipped internationally from Japan.

We kindly ask that you read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our made-to-order sourcing model, all sales are final by default.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or suitability after purchase.

However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. In limited cases, we may accept returns or refunds as outlined below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care items once opened or used

  • Items sealed for hygiene or health protection that have been unsealed after delivery

  • Made-to-order or specially sourced items requested by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Accepted Return Cases (Exceptions)

We may accept a return or refund only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged during transit

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)

Conditions:
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • You must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video as evidence

  • The item must remain unused and in its original condition

Please note that damage to outer packaging alone does not qualify as product damage.

4. Return Request Process
  1. Contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and required evidence

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping
  • Approved returns must be shipped to our designated address in Japan

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrectly shipped

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

6. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds will cover the product price only, unless otherwise stated

  • International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take several business days, and it may take up to 30 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

7. Customs Duties & Taxes
  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, GST, or import taxes imposed by the destination country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays, returns, or non-delivery due to unpaid customs fees
